| Description: | The proposed building is a temporary, pre-engineered fabric structure building intended to house rowing shells (boats). The building will be placed on a concrete slab that runs parallel to the bulkhead of the Cuyahoga River. The 5,880 sq. ft. building (56 ft. X 105 ft.) is a gable style truss arch fabric structure designed entirely for the storage of rowing shells and equipment. Helical anchors will be used to secure the building to the foundation. |
