  • Pull the planters along the curb on Bolivar Rd. back 18" min.  Also investigate the use of true tree pits instead of raised planters.  Continue the development and integration of the streetscape on both Bolivar and Erie Court.
  • The facades are very busy.  Look at simplifying the elements and colors on the facades.
  • Continue to explore and develop the materials and colors.  Consider warmer colors to brighten the facade and simplify the material pallet.
