Provide a sign plan and lighting plan. Sign plan should include key sculpture. Add building lighting/sconces to pilasters to create dramatic look in the evening. Paint service doors to blend in with building. Add a fence or screen wall and some type of landscaping (arborvitae?) along northerly property line. Landcaping along Lorain Ave.: Current plan shows scattered plantings. Shrubs should be grouped into masses of like-species in defined areas. Add trees to the landscape plan. Location and design of key sculpture should be developed with consideration given to design of landscaping.
