Notes from applicant's presentation:

  • Windows on school building will be a mixture of double hung and clear glass block. Double hung windows will be beige with brown coil. Larger windows towards north part of building will be glass block. Awnings proposed below windows on W 152nd St.
  • Doors on W 152nd St will only be installed where there are existing wall openings. No new wall openings proposed.
  • Landscaping in front of new parking area on W 152nd St will be evergreens, similar to existing the taxus.
  • One curb opening will be added on W 152nd St.
  • Greenery at north end of school building will be trimmed to improve sight-lines.
