Applicant must come back with the following:

• Sign above door and next to the window is being removed
• Use a type of semi-transparent mesch as the background on the window
• Use strip band with signage
• Place window treatment inside of window to control natural light 
• Look at the option of larger logo above door and smaller logo on window
• Return with all signage proposal for business

• Clear mensch used on front window
• Remove wall sign on front facade
• Scale down wall sign above main entrance
• When existing wall sign above main entrance is removed, repair wall if damaged and restore wall area to match existing buildng
• Remove paper signs on door and use letter and number stickers instead
