  • Give more information like design and materials for the west-facing wall on neighboring property that will be exposed after demolition
  • Match the west-facing wall material to the rest of the existing building on neighboring property 
  • Maintain property by cutting grass and manicuring trees/plants
  • Look into adding green infrastructure as part of the proposed parking lot design
  • Place ornamental fence in front facing Lorain Avenue

Committee also requested that the property owner put forth one more effort to market the property during the winter months before going forth with plans to turn property into a surface parking lot.
