Motion to table the proposal with the following recommendations: -The 42” sign will be used on both facades (rather than the 60” sign currently shown on one of the facades) -A banding element is to be introduced on the sign over the doorway -The sign over the doorway is to redesigned -All signage will be pin-mounted 3/8-1/2” off the building -All signage should be aligned at the same or similar height on the building |
