Committee want to see the following issues addressed when the project returns for review: 1) lighter colored window; 2) change panel/storefront system from black to charcoal color; 3) change ameneties' color to be lighter; 4) change wall light fixtures on building front to a larger size to provide a greater presence, and include a cut sheet; 5) include trees in sidewalk planters; 6) change roof structure color over drive-through canopy. |
