The committee did review the sign at 7903 Superior Ave. However they would like to see some revisions to the sign plan before they can approve the project.
· The committee would like plans resubmitted showing the signage reduced in height (lower than the roof line) · Dimensions of the brick banding for sign comparison · More details on the “Authorized Dealer” sign (what type of sign it will be) · Finally, more photos of the current store front. They wanted to make sure all of the excess signage was removed. |
