Committee Concerns

  • Dumpsters is still shown on the side yard.
  • plant material is all decidious, no opacity in the winter time, should use evergreens instead
  • planting strip needs to be 6' instead of the 4' proposed
  • parking should probably angled to allow proper circulation for one way traffic
  • perhaps the addition needs to come down to get more room on the site, the building is too large for the site
  • site is still not ready for review

Motion to disaprove project as presented.  Passed unanimously.

Carolyn Smith (Famicos/Cm. K. Conwell)--Councilman is not in support of the project.  They are currently in Housing Court with Judge Pianca.  Has fines in Housing Court for Code Violations and back taxes.
