Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Will the entire site be cleared?  What about the trees?  The fire-damaged structures will be removed, but the mature trees will remain.
  • The fire damaged both structures which include the main house and a smaller accessory house.
  • Are you removing the driveways?  Yes, all the driveway and aprons will be removed.
  • Are you taking out the staircase?  Yes, but most likely it will be salvaged along with the cobblestone walkway.

 

Motion to approve the demolition as presented by all voting members present.
