Demolition presented by Stephanie Melnyk of the City of Cleveland's Demolition Bureau.  Noted that the scope has been amended to include a single story garage in the rear.

  • It would be good to have a photo record or documentation of buildings being demolished.
  • Do you know the ownership of the clear/vacant parcels adjacent to the subject property.

 

 

Peggy Kearsey noted that the Collinwood-Nottingham Dev. Corp. is trying to acquire all the properties between Aspinwall and Plato for future development.
