• Is the property adjacent in the LandBank?  Yes
• Was the property owner notified of this design review meeting date?
• What is your communication process to notify property owners?
• Does the building share a wall with the adjacent structure?  No.
• What is done to protect the foundation of the adjacent structure during a demolition of the subject structure?
• What are the plans for the area?  Planner will send links to the Glenville Masterplan and Thrive 105-93 corridor plan.
• Is there any funding possible to plant trees instead of simple seeding once the building is demolished?  Having some kind of buffer for the residential areas would be a benefit since the streetwall is being demolished leaving homes exposed to the commerical streets.
