  • Have there been any recent improvements?
  • Is the roof intact?
  • Seems like a good candidate for rehab/renovation using historic tax credits and/or affordable housing.
  • The detailing on the building mimics the church's detailing. 
  • This building, church, and old NE Shores building can work together to create a development node.  Can offer all three buildings in one RFP for development.
