  • Who owns the land to the immediate west? City of Cleveland landbank
  • Can you include photos of the rear as well in the future?
  • Is the building structurally sound?  In a state of condemnation
  • What does it mean when a structure is in "condemnation"?
  • Its only been condemned for a year or so, why are we seeing this so soon?
  • Are the other homes nearby occupied?
  • What happens to the property after the structure is demolished?  Will it go to the landbank.
