Would like to cover the exterior with a corrugated metal and add storefront windows. Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns What is the history of the property? What is the future purpose of the property? What is on either side of the structure? Is it paved all the way up to the property line? What types of windows are you using? What color trim would you use? May want to use bollards or something to protect the metal panel at the bottom of the storefront. Will you be installing a new roof? No Will the doors also be the tempered glass to match the storefront windows? What material will the side door be? It will just be a steel man door. Will the glass be clear vision glass? Yes Explore using awnings around the doors and windows. Have you considered any lighting or signage?
