Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

• appreciate how the expansion has taken the queues from the existing facade to create something really beautiful
• will be using the maroon color from the main entrance on the new elevation
• concerned about the boxwoods not providing enough screening, should consider a different type of tree.  it may be better to use arbor vitae because of the potential range of heights for specific species.  Would rethink the plant material for more variety in heights and screening.
• what is the function of the courtard.  Per GE: spillover space for larger events, with removable seating, limited to church functions.

Motion to approve the building for final approval, and the landscape plan for conceptual approval with the conditions stated from the Committee to update and resend.
