Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

• Consider working with Urban Forestry to provide plantings for the triangular space on the westside of the property.
• Consider providing a fire pit instead of the water fountain as shown, think the residents might get more utility out of the fire pit and it will be lower maintenance.
• Provide photos of fencing and lighting materials.
• Revisit the plant list for more variety and exact selections.

Motion to approve schematic design with the condition to revisit plant list to show exact species and more variety in planting materials, study courtyard for best programmatic amenities (suggest a firepit instead of a fountain as shown), study parking space 1 for more maneuverability, return with ornamental and screen fence elevations, and lighting selection/photometrics.
