Committee moved to recommend approval of the project's elevations, materials and overall site layout with the understanding that: (1) the appearance of the south wall elevation of the Pearl Rd. facing wing be modified to include a mix of brick veneer and darker metal panel siding to make it appear consistent with the Pearl Rd. (west) elevation's materials; (2) larger-sized windows be used in all living rooms and the smaller-sized window dimension in all bedrooms, contrary to the pattern that has been depicted in some suites; and (3) effort be made to retain existing street trees on the south side of Selzer Avenue and the tree canopy in the area east of the proposed staff/tenant parking area off Selzer Avenue. |
