Approved conceptually with the following recommendations:

  • provide a residential entrance off of West 25th
  • present door density on West 25th during schematic review 
  • Consider creating more sidewalk space on West 25th, as the sidewalks are very narrow
  • Consider liner space for the parking on Woodbridge and Trowbridge. Space can be landscaped, but should be min 30' deep to potentially accommodate future liner buildings
