  • What is the parking need for the gym?  Does this proposal have dedicated parking spaces or is it relying on the on-street parking opportunities?
  • What is the tightest dimension for the public pocket park, how did you set those minimum/maximum dimensions?
  • How did you determine the widths of the TH units?
  • How did you determined the depth of the pocket park?
  • Consider simplifying the number of entries.
  • Study the streetside facades and elevations.
  • Consider using less concrete, how you will treat the stormwater runoff and green infrastructure opportunities.
  • Consider using colorful plantings to make the pocket park more inviting.
