Schematic Design Approval.

Motion was made to approve with the following conditions:

• Incorporate the color red on the main entry to bring in JFK's School colors.
• Consider adding Public Art to gibe the building a sense of identity.
• Show the type, color and tent of glass being used for the windows.
• Show the placement and type of lighting on the building.
• The signage should come back for approval at a later date.

Approved with Condition that applicant adhere to DRAC's conditions except incorporation of red into main entry (suggestion only).

The committees prefered the design that was origionnaly approved. The committee met and took a vote prior to a community meeting that was held with Ward 1 residents on September 19th.  The residents voted for Option A2.

The local committee voted to disapprove Option A2.
