Union Miles Development Corp. reached out to the resident next to the proposed park and they are in support of the park being built.

The committee voted to give conceptual approval with the following conditions:

• Consider a board on board fence between the house and the park to offer the resident privacy.
• Figure out how you are going to terminate the wlking path at a logical place. 
• Come back with specific planting materials

Suggestion that they work with RTA to add a shelter that will emulate the proposed stage structure design.

• Buffer along sidewalks between phases to prevent the creation of dirt paths due to people taking short cuts through the site.
• Look at other lighting besides bollards to add down lighting in additon to the low side lights
