  • The sign will be illuminated
  • The sign should use more of the white space.  Make the text larger and consider adding an outline to provide a contrast from the white background.
  • Reach out to Urban Forestry Division to ask them to place trees in the tree lawn on East 176th.
  • Add larger commercial planters along Harvard.
  • Consider replacing shrubs under the sign to a type of shrubbery that is easier to maintain.
