Project details presented by David DiFrancesco of HD+S Architects.  Presented details on the history of buildings, previous uses, condition of the buildings, etc.  Presented some initial ideas on new massing for the future Community Hub.

• Why is the demolition being persued at this time considering the Providence team does not yet own these properties?
• Is BBC in support of the demolition?
• Can this body approve subject to the final sale of the properties?
• Will the existing art work be preserved or relocated in some way?
• What is the anticipated timeline(s) for the demo vs the new building development?

Motion to approve as presented with the condition to provide proof of ownership prior to demo/pursuing permitting, study how to preserve the existing art, and provide the required notification to the original artist.
